WEBCSC Bank Assistant Selection Process 2025
The selection process consists of three stages:
Computer-Based Test (CBT)
- The CBT consists of 85 multiple-choice questions.
- Based on the marks obtained, candidates will be shortlisted in a 1:10 ratio for the next stage.
Descriptive Written Test (DWT)
- Candidates must qualify for this 50-mark written test.
- Minimum qualifying marks: 30%.
Note: The marks from this round will not be added to the final merit list but are necessary for progression.
Personal Interview
- Shortlisted candidates from the DWT will be called for an interview carrying 15 marks.
- The final merit list will be based on CBT and interview marks.
Important: Only those who qualify for the DWT will proceed to the final interview stage.

Once released, follow these steps to download the WEBCSC Bank Assistant Admit Card:
Step 1: Visit the official website webcsc.org.
Step 2: On the homepage, find and click on “Download Admit Card for WEBCSC Recruitment 2025.”
Step 3: Enter your Registration Number and Password/Date of Birth.
Step 4: Click Submit, and your admit card will be displayed.
Step 5: Download and print two copies of the admit card for future reference.
