UP Jobs 2024: Recruitment for 2702 posts of Junior Assistant, Application Process starts from 23 December
Another big opportunity for a government job has come up in Uttar Pradesh. The Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Services Selection Commission (UPSSSC) has issued guidelines for the recruitment of 2702 posts of Junior Assistant.
This recruitment will take place in various departments of UP, and the online application process for interested candidates will start from December 23, 2024.

Application Process
Online Application: Applications can be made online only.
Start of application: 23 December, 2024
Last date of application: 22 January, 2025
Amendment in application: Till 29 January, 2025
Candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of their Preliminary Eligibility Test (PET)-2023 score. After this, the shortlisted candidates will have to appear for a written test of 100 marks, in which minus marking will also be applicable.
Application fee
Application fee for candidates of all categories: ₹25
A separate fee will be charged for the main examination, which will be taken from the shortlisted candidates.
Important instructions
Printout of application form: After filling the application form completely, its printout has to be taken and submitted to the commission at the prescribed time.
Reservation for Divyang candidates: Divyangjan will be given 4% horizontal reservation in Group A, B, C and D.
Category and sub-category of disability: Divyang candidates can mark their category and sub-category in the application form, such as blindness, deafness, one hand or one leg affected, etc.
Preparation for written examination
The commission has released the syllabus of the written examination, on the basis of which the candidates can prepare themselves.
The shortlisted candidates will have to pay a separate fee for the main examination.
