UGC NET June 2024 Registration Begins – Check Here How to Apply
The National Testing Agency (NTA) has kicked off the registration process for UGC NET June 2024 on April 20, 2024. If you want to take the National Eligibility Test, you can find the link to apply on the official NTA UGC NET website at ugcnet.nta.ac.in.
Better act fast because the registration window closes on May 10, 2024, and the deadline for fee submission is May 12, 2024. Are you Ready to apply?
Here’s how:
- Head over to the official UGC NET website.
- Look for the UGC NET June 2024 link on the homepage.
- Register and make ID and then login to your account.
- Fill out the application form properly and then pay the required fee.
- Hit submit and make sure to download the confirmation page.
- Take a printout of the form for future reference.
Speaking of fees, they’re ₹1150/—for General/Unreserved candidates, while SC/ST/PwD and Third-Gender candidates need to pay ₹325/. Remember, payment should be made online via Credit Card/Debit Card/Net Banking /UPI.
Circle June 6, 2024, on your calendar, because that’s when the UGC NET June 2024 exam will take place. It’ll be an OMR-based test with questions in English and Hindi (except for language papers). The exam consists of two papers, each lasting 3 hours without a break in between.
Paper I has 50 questions and 100 marks, and Paper II has 100 questions and 200 marks. Each correct answer earns you two marks, and there’s no penalty for wrong answers. Remember to check out the official UGC NET website for more details.
