The CBSE has opened the correction window for the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) July 2024 applications. This opportunity allows candidates who have already submitted their applications to modify their details if necessary.

The correction period is available until April 12, and candidates can access it through the official CTET website at ctet.nic.in.

This period enables applicants to adjust their personal information, selected courses, and preferred examination cities. The CBSE emphasizes that no corrections will be permitted after the April 12 deadline under any circumstances.

The application process for the CTET exam concluded on April 5, following an extension from the original April 2 deadline.

The 19th edition of the CTET is scheduled for Sunday, July 7, 2024, and will be conducted in twenty different languages across 136 cities.

Steps to Edit CTET July 2024 Application Form

  • Visit the official CTET website: nic.in.
  • Click on the correction link for CTET July 2024.
  • Log in with your credentials.
  • Make the necessary changes, pay applicable fees, and re-upload documents.
  • Finalize your changes and download the confirmation page for yourrecords.

The previous CTET exam on January 21 saw participation from over 26.93 lakh candidates across 3,418 test centres nationwide. Approximately 84% of registered candidates attended the exam.

According to the CBSE’s announcement of results for that session, 7,95,231 candidates took paper 1, with 1,26,845 passing. For paper 2, out of 14,81,242 attendees, 1,12,033 were successful.
