Eligibility for the scheme:
The applicant must be a farmer.
He must have cultivable land.
Aadhar card and bank account are mandatory.
He should not be an income tax payer.
Process to apply in the scheme:

Apply online:
First of all go to the official website of PM Kisan.
Go to the “Farmer Corner” section on the homepage.
Select the option of “New Farmer Registration” here.
Fill personal information:
Enter name, mobile number, state, district, block and village information.
Enter your Aadhar number and bank account details (including IFSC code).
Land information:
Fill the details of land documents like Khasra-Khatauni.
Upload documents:
Upload photocopies of Aadhar card, bank passbook, and land related documents.
OTP verification:
Enter the OTP sent to the mobile number.
Complete registration:
After filling all the information, click on the submit button.
On successful completion of registration, you will be given a farmer ID.
How many installments have been received by the farmers included in the scheme?
So far, the government has sent 18 installments to the farmers. The 19th installment is expected to come by February 2025.
