MPESB has provided information about Madhya Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test on its official website on 27 September, 2024, under which the candidates will have to apply for it by filling the online form between 1 October, 2024 to 15 October, 2024.
MP TET Exam will start on 10th November, 2024 at various centers in Madhya Pradesh. This exam will be held in 2 shifts, in which the reporting of 1st shift exam will be between 7 am to 8 am and the exam will run from 9 am to 11:30 am and the reporting of the second exam will be between 12:30 to 1:30 pm and the exam will run from 2:30 pm to 5 pm.
This exam will be of 2 hours and for this you must bring your admit card and your identity card.
What are the eligibility criteria for Madhya Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test?
For teaching from class 1st to class 5th, it is mandatory to have a graduation degree along with Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) or Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) degree.
The age of the candidate can be divided into different categories as per the government rules.
This job is only for the candidates residing in Madhya Pradesh and it is mandatory for them to have a valid resident certificate of Madhya Pradesh.
What is the exam pattern of Madhya Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test?
This exam of MPTET is mainly designed to test the knowledge of the candidates. This exam is divided into 5 sections.
Child Development and Pedagogy, Language 1, Language 2, Mathematics and Environmental Studies, each exam consisting of 30 multiple-choice questions carrying 30 marks for each of the section, this paper of 150 questions is of 150 marks.
What is the application fee for MP TET?
The application fee for general category candidates is ₹500 and for SC/ST/OBC, EWS, handicapped candidates this fee is only ₹250.
