JEE Main 2025: Registration window closes on November 22, last year’s record expected to be broken
The last date for registration for JEE Main 2025 will end today i.e. 22 November 2024. If you are delaying registration for JEE Main Session 1 exam, then you have to fill the application form on the official website (jeemain.nta.nic.in) by 9 pm tonight and deposit the fee.
JEE Main 2025 Registration Update
Registration figures: So far about 12 lakh students have registered for JEE Main 2025, out of which 11 lakh have deposited the fee.
Registration window time: The registration process will remain open till 9 pm on November 22.
Fee deposit time: If you have not paid the fee, then complete this task before 9 pm.
Application correction opportunity
NTA has announced that there will be an opportunity to make corrections in the JEE Main 2025 application form on 26 and 27 November 2024. But keep in mind that corrections can be made only in a limited number of things:
Corrections can be made: Name, Parent’s Name, PAN Number, City, Medium of Exam, and Date of Birth.
Corrections cannot be made: Mobile Number, Email Address, and Photograph.
Comparison with last year
Last year in 2024, 12,30,347 students had registered, out of which 95.8% (11,70,048 students) appeared for the exam. This year there was a slight slowdown in registration, but till now the registration figures are likely to reach last year’s level.
Don’t miss the last date: JEE Main 2025 Session 1 exam will be held in January 2025, and students who have not registered yet must complete it today.
