India AI Model – Friends, you will be very happy to know that the Indian government has taken the AI mission seriously and is ready to spend 10,370 crore rupees on it.

Indian AI Model News – Every country in the world is trying hard to come first in the race of artificial intelligence (AI) and ever since China has launched its AI DeepSeek, the whole world has been in panic, especially in America there is a lot of tension about it.

This is because in comparison to the amount of money America has invested in artificial intelligence, China has brought better artificial intelligence tools in the market in just a few million dollars.

But now India has also joined this race of artificial intelligence and many big plans have been made and it is believed that India is going to launch some big AI tool within 10 months.

Work Life Balance

Will India make a splash in the world of AI?

It is worth knowing that just last month; the Indian government has sought proposals from big companies in this regard. And after this, companies like CoRover.as and Sarvam AI have sent the proposal for large language model (India AI Model) to the Indian government. And this is being deliberated upon by the Indian government and a decision will be taken soon.

Let us know what Central Minister Sh. Ashwini Vaishnaw has to say on this:-

What does Ashwini Vaishnaw ji have to say on this?

Ashwini Vaishnaw says that if Indians want, they can give a world class AI model to the world which will be ready and presented in just 8-10 days. This tool is being prepared as per the requirements of India.

The important thing in this is that the Indian government can allow not just one but many models for this, the need of the country and the world and scaling should be first achieved through that tool.

For this, the government can fund in 2 ways, one is direct financial support and the other is equity based funding.

What will be India’s AI model?

Computing infrastructure is a very important part in any type of AI development and for this India has achieved the target of 10,000 GPUs and the next target is to take it up to 18,600 GPUs. Will India’s AI language model be the most powerful in the world?

If we believe Ashwini Vaishnav ji, Deepseek AI has been trained using only 2,000 GPUs and the trend of ChatGPT is to use 25,000 GPUs. And India already has 10,000-15,000 GPUs available. And in such a situation, it will soon be launched by the Indian government for researchers, startups and developers and 10,000 GPUs will already be available in it.

What has changed with China’s DeepSeek V3?

It is said that this step of India is being taken keeping in mind the Deepseek of China because China wants a lot of changes in the race of AI and in increasing numbers India also wants to include itself in the race of AI and come in fighting mode now.

American companies are continuously working on the update and development of AI and on the success of tools like DeeSek, we come to know that sometimes despite strong restrictions, success can come from places where nobody expects it. s

The Chinese AI DeepSek has put a lot of pressure on America and also America is under pressure of continuous investment in AI, for which America will now have to focus more on creativity and will also have to complete it in minimum time.

After the success of the Chinese AI DeepSek, it is now known how China is giving competition to everyone in this field and is moving ahead on the path of continuous success.

It is being said that India’s AI Chatbot will be of a very different level. It will have unique Indian languages and culture variables, so we hope that developers of our country will also make a name for their success across the world and also break Altman’s claim like America that it will be very difficult to make such a tool for India.

People also ask about India AI Model

Why are GPUs so important?

To train the language model of any tool, a high-end GPU is required. GPU means graphics processing unit which is used to train large language models.

How is India doing in AI programming?

According to the report of Stanford University’s annual AI Index, India is ranked 5th in terms of AI products and services.

What is the future of AI in India?

The future of AI is going to be very successful in India, be it farming or accounting, there is a thought going on about working with AI on all these and testing is also going on. Considering the speed at which research is going on in India, its future in India is bright.

How much investment does India have in AI?

India has reached an investment of almost 1.70 billion dollars in the field of AI by 2024. By doing this, India comes in the top 10 in AI investment in the world.

Work Life Balance Tips – There is no such person in the world who does not think about moving forward in his career, but this does not mean that you do not give time to yourself and your family at all.

You should take out time for your career, yourself and your family as well and today our article is on how to maintain work life balance. Come let us know 10 such tips which will be useful in your life all the time. Give yourself a sense of entitlement

Most people think that a person who is busy in his work is always successful, but this is not the case at all. On the contrary, these are the people who focus only on their work and when they reach a certain age and remember their life and family, it is already too late.

That is why you should change your mindset and understand more risk in work and learn to balance career and life, because in the end, even if you are successful, at what cost? In the end you may have money and position, but family????? Just think….

Exam Phobia

Make a Schedule and Stick to it

Whether it is office work or business work or home work, make a time schedule for every work and stick to it. Plan your time according to when you have to go to office and when you have to go home.

You have to carry on with your work and personal life together, but this does not mean that you copy the tasks on both sides. In such a situation, it is very important for you to make your time schedule to make work life balance.

Never hesitate to Ask for Help

If you are stressed about work or any household matter, you should ask for help without hesitation. In connection with work life balance, you can discuss about it with any of your colleagues or friends and in case of household or family matters, you can talk about it with any friend or relative.

If you want, you can also talk about your problem with any councilor and get relief from your problem. There will be no solution by getting upset in trouble or not telling anyone, you must take help from someone because this is a matter of your life.

Ways to Maintain Balance in Career and Personal Life

Make Boundary between Work and Life

Always maintain a boundary between your work and your life. At home, do not think about the office and when you go to work, concentrate only on the work, yes if there is any important work of the house then keeps that in mind too.

If you maintain a boundary in both, then your mind will remain fine from both sides. If you do not create boundaries regarding your work and family, then you will keep thinking about work after coming home and about family after going to work.

Daily 10-20-30 Minutes for Yourself

I have written 10-20-30 minutes here so that you start slowly and take the time upto 30 minutes and in this time you have to sit alone quietly and meditate and think if there is something extra in your career which by reducing you can take out time for yourself and spend time with your family?

In this time you can also refresh yourself by doing yoga, by doing this your share and mind will become very light and you will be able to think in a much better way.

During this time, think about the things you want to achieve in your life and think about achieving them in the shortest possible time. Set a yearly target for your life and work on it to maintain a work-life balance.

Learn to say NO

Sometimes you get some work in office which creates problems in your life or for your family, and then it is better to say no to that work. That work can be not only for your office but can also be given to you by your friends. You will have to learn to say no; otherwise you will harm your family because of work.

Spend Time with Nature

If you remain busy in work for a long time, then take a break of at least 10 minutes after every 1-2 hours and during that time go and sit in a park/ground or take a light walk. During that time you do not have to think about anything, you just have to spend your time walking or sitting.

Keep your time during Sunday holidays only for yourself and your family. Do not think about work on that day unless there is some urgent work. By doing this you refresh yourself mentally and your family also remains happy with you, so creating work life balance is a win-win situation for you.

Stay in Good Company

The time taken out for yourself does not mean sitting alone all the time. But make such friends or join such a group that motivates you not only for your career but also for spending time with your family.

You should always stay away from such people who give you negative energy, who always talk negative things, because this time of yours is not for refreshing yourself but for putting yourself in tension.

Learn to Accept Changes in Life

Changes keep coming in life from time to time, whether it is related to your work or family. Instead of getting scared or worried by these changes, learn to accept those changes and grow older.

Never hesitate to try new ideas in business, who knows which new idea will be very useful for you in your business or job. In such a situation, when children grow up in a family, their ambitions also grow. In such a situation, understand their place of need and make them understand and guide them correctly.

Create a Gratitude Journal

Daily before going to sleep, make a list of your day’s work and be thankful to every person who has helped you. It can be your colleague, your boss or your friends or even family members. By doing this, your perspective towards people will change and positivity in your life will also increase.

So friend, this was our post on “Work Life Balance Tips – 10 Ways to Maintain Balance in Career and Personal Life”. I hope this post will be very useful in your life, don’t forget to comment below the post and share it. Thanks

Exam Phobia – How to Avoid the Fear of Board Exams, Know 4 Easy Ways https://physicswala.in/exam-phobia/ https://physicswala.in/exam-phobia/#respond Tue, 18 Feb 2025 06:32:44 +0000 https://physicswala.in/?p=13109 Exam Phobia – How to Avoid the Fear of Board Exams, Know 4 Easy Ways

Exam Phobia – Friends, 10th and 12th class board exams are about to start in India and in such a situation lakhs of children become victims of Examophobia due to exam stress.

In this situation the child gets very irritated and starts getting angry on every small thing, and in the happy atmosphere of the home you can easily feel the tension. And the reason behind this is the pressure of getting good marks in the exam and the child not being able to bear that pressure.

In such a situation both teachers and parents should focus on getting the children out of exam phobia. Here we are going to tell you some tips by which you can avoid this problem, and you can get good marks in exams by focusing on studies.

Know How to Score 100 Percentile in JEE Mains

Identify the symptoms

You should see whether your child is getting proper sleep or not, whether he is doing his regular work or his favorite work or not, whether he is eating food properly or not.

If the child feels like vomiting (nausea) again and again, sweats excessively, has stomach ache, heart beat starts increasing, has headache or shows signs of difficulty in breathing then understand that your child is not able to bear the pressure of studies. And in such situations, sometimes the child also starts getting panic attacks.

How to control this situation

In the age of internet where anything reaches others in just a few seconds, children have a fear of getting good marks in the exam. In such a situation, you should make a proper study plan for the exams and also focus on revision.

After studying for 1 hour, get up from your place for 4-5 minutes to stretch and refresh yourself. This way you will not get tired and your focus will remain on your studies and you will also feel fresh.

Make sure to take at least 7-9 hours of sleep every day. By doing this, you will feel fresh when you wake up for the next day. By sleeping less, you will wake up the next day sluggish and full of stress, which will also affect your studies.

While paying attention to your fitness, you should go for a daily walk and also do light exercises, which will keep your mind calm and your focus will also improve.

Do not compare yourself with other children anywhere, everyone has their own life and it is not right to compare your life in such a situation, by doing this you will also be able to keep yourself in a positive mindset.

Parents should also motivate their children and spend time with them and stand by them trusting them for their success. Along with studies, ask your children to play, have music time and go for outings because by doing this they can keep themselves physically and mentally fit.

This way, positive energy will remain in their body and they will be able to focus more on their studies.

Work Life Balance Tips

Take proper diet

You should take care of your diet not only during exams but also in your life. You should avoid high calories and junk food during exam time.

Eat fruits in large quantities, eat homemade food, eat vegetables, include paneer, milk, lassi in your diet. You should consume papaya and coconut water a little more at this time than later.

Eating well will keep both your body and mind healthy.

You can take help from a therapist or counselor

If even after doing all this, your exam stress is not getting much affected, then you should get counseling from psychotherapy or a counselor. Because they will tell you how to deal with this stress and move forward in life.

By doing this you will not feel stressed while giving the exam and you will get relief from any kind of anxiety or worry and will get help in getting good marks.

So friends, I hope you liked this post of “Exam Phobia – How to Avoid the Fear of Board Exams, Know 4 Easy Ways” a lot. Please do not forget to share this post. Thanks.

ICSE Board Exam 2025 – Friends, ICSE class 10th exams are starting tomorrow 18th February, 2025 and its first exam will be of English paper-1 and the exam will start at 11am and these exams will run till 27th March, 2025.

In such a situation, the guidelines of the exams have been issued, and so that you do not get worried about the timing of the paper, let us know about the guidelines in detail.

ICSE Board Exam 2025 Guidelines

For the board exam, it will be better for you if you come to the school/exam hall at least 30-40 minutes before.

After completing the paper, if there is still time left then check it again carefully so that there is no mistake and in any case you will be allowed to leave the class only after the time is complete.

If you find a question wrong or have any kind of problem in the examination hall, tell the examiner about it at that very time.

Read the question paper carefully and solve the questions for which you know the answers first and those which you do not know, write those later.

Write your name, roll number etc. on the answer sheet. Only the job has been asked, write that all, and while attaching all this information to the paper it is necessary to give it on a map or graph paper also.

You have to write the answer on both the sides of the answer sheet and do not leave any page blank in the middle,

Every answer has to be started on a new line only, and write the answer by leaving a little space on the left side of the page.

If you are small you can write the answer even by leaving one line, the clearer your writing is, the easily the person checking your paper will understand your answer.

Use only the prescribed pen or ink. For graphs and charts, use color pencil only if it is allowed.

Do not use calculator or any other type of gadget, if it is allowed in the paper. Their use can cause harm to you without informing you.
