BPSC PT Exam – There is news from Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC Exam) that now some changes have been made in the 70th PT exams and now 4 sets of questions will be used in the exam. And the color of all these will also be different. The result of this exam will be declared on the basis of normalization.
Chairman of Bihar Public Service Commission told that these exams can be conducted in how many levels, for this it will be seen how many people have filled this exam and then it will be decided how many vacant posts are there and then according to that the exam will be organized on 2 different days.
Joint Secretary Kundan Kumar has also told that the level of examination will increase only if more than 7 lakh applications are received. To fill the form of this exam, students of unreserved category will have to pay Rs. 600 and others will have to pay Rs. 150.
Recruitment is to be done on 1964 vacant posts
70th joint civil service competition exam is being conducted to fill 1946 vacant posts, the commission has received the list of 1929 vacant posts so far and the list of 35 vacant posts from one department is yet to come.
50% attraction will be applied in these vacancies. There will be 604 posts for women, 34 posts for grandsons/granddaughters of freedom fighters and 66 posts have been reserved for differently abled people.
This exam is likely to be held in the second month of November. After this exam, 10 times more people will be selected than the number of vacant posts and then the main exam is likely to be held in February-March 2025. Approximately 2.5 times more people will be called for the interview. In this exam, 1/3 marks will be deducted if the answer is wrong.
Important information related to BPSC PT Exam
For this exam, a total of 1251 posts of level-7 and a total of 678 posts of level-9 are to be recruited.
The minimum age for this exam has been fixed as 20 years for police deputy superintendent and district magistrate, 21 years for level-7 and 20 years for level-9 as on 1 August 2024.
The maximum age limit for this exam has been kept at 37 years for unreserved male candidates as on 1 August 2024, 40 years for unreserved women candidates, men and women of backward and more backward classes. 42 years for men and women of scheduled castes and tribes. Handicapped candidates have been given a maximum relaxation of 10 years in this.
For this exam, it is compulsory for the candidates to have a graduation or equivalent degree from any recognized university.
